You're the puzzle of my heart
Awesome day @ Marina Barrage with Lauren, Daryl & Rohan :) More pictures with Daryl but I guess he's busy packing his stuffs for his NCC camp tomorrow or maybe settling some administrative work.
Grabbed some snacks in Fairprice and took a train down to Marina Bay. We got some chips and Nutella because the boys said something about dipping the chips in which later, tastes really yummy! Whose brilliant idea was that anyway?
Almost alighted at Dhoby Ghaut because Lauren thought we're heading to Vivocity. We walked to the bus stop in the mistlike rain and Daryl shouted some commands under some tunnel and that reminds me of, how long since I last executed a command. I need to stop skipping unit trainings.
Saw many Beattyians today! In Toa Payoh Central and a group of juniors in Marina Barrage :) Took a shuttle bus to Marina Barrage :) There's a corporate event going on at the rooftop so we settled down at the 2nd storey and played poker cards. I'm inexperience with dealing cards so they taught me and Lauren how to play 'taiti' and some other card games like texas?
We "gambled" with candy! Daryl's by the way :)
And we dipped chips in Nutella and it's really yummy! :)

Daryl also showed us a magic trick and I also need to learn some cool tricks to trick people. And they came up with the 'shuffling cards' joke, it's not the card but it's the shuffling. Rohan insisted that he's innocent and if that's true (not supported, haha), I guess we burst his bubble of innocence today.
Moved everything to the rooftop after the corporate event ended. Daryl was quite reluctant at first because he's afraid of centipedes - bad experience before. Rohan's expression was !woah when he saw the rooftop filled with grass.

Trying to act emo but FAILED. Actually they were prepared but I was saying "Omg I need to laugh, I want to laugh" and we all started smiling! HAHA. I think Rohan was laughing at the other end!

Loz: I hate humidity. It makes my hair all eew.. like it was nice and curlyish when I was in Aus and now I’m back it’s just like ‘…poof!’
Daryl: Poof? *lolfest*

And I embarrassed myself by screaming and shouting, but that's not the climax yet. Haha! Camwhored much but more shots in Daryl's phone. I must have looked very unglamorous in the pictures. Honestly, I have not take a look at any of the pictures yet, love surprises :)

 Left the beautiful place around 6++. I totally embarrassed myself again at the bus stop and in the shuttle bus! I forgot that we were in public places with so many people around me, and I blurted out some stuffs. Unforgivable, stares, apology. Not really some negative stuffs but it's more of _______, if you get what I'm trying to say :)

Standard tickets are annoying me so I'm going to get my new student concession card at the replacement office tomorrow, in my school uniform. Then meeting Vladimir at Ang Mo Kio Hub for some updates and do some study, for real.

Me : Why! (thinking that it might be a complain or maybe she wants me to kick me out of O level english class)

Why Freedomofdoves? Ever heard of the song - "Paint My Love" by Michael Learns To Rock? Listen to the chorus and you might find out the answer from there. I am not a huge fan of doves but I just find that this uniform resource locator of my blog sounds really comely and it gives me a halcyon feeling. This is where I blog about the story of my life...
Every individual is different. I am a very hyper active person with effervescent personality and I am very sociable :) During my leisure time, I visit the museums or go cycling at the beach. My preferences for genres of music are easy listening, blues, classical and pop. I also search for beautiful pictures for inspirations. I only watch Hong Kong Dramas and news.
Under my parents consent, I have an english name - Athena, as many people do not know how to pronounce my name. I live in this famous little red dot, Singapore. People often mistaken me as a foreigner but I am a pure Singaporean :) My mother is an Indonesian and my father is a Singaporean. Not considering the fact that we are near to the equator, Singapore, this developed country is a wonderful place to live in. Be it traditional songs or NDP theme songs, they are still my favorites.
I attended PAP Kindergarden from 1998 - 2000, Braddell Primary School in 2001, First Toa Payoh Primary School from 2002-2006 and currently studying in Beatty Secondary School. I am a Normal Academic student and holding on to six subjects which are English, Elementary Mathematics, Chinese, Combined Science, Combined Humanities and Design and Technology. This year, I will be taking seven Normal level papers and one Ordinary level English paper.
My greatest wish in life is to travel around the world with my family or friends and be a happy person. I think that is how life should be :) My level of maturity depends on who I am with.
I am from the National Police Cadet Corps and held the post of Assistant Head of Administration and Secondary Two Squad Mentor. In 2008, I was chosen to participate in the NPCC Annual Parade in Home Team Academy. In 2009, I took part in the National Day Parade as a member of the NPCC contingent. In my own unit, I was in the Guard Of Honor Contingent in 2009 and 2010. After the National Day Parade, under NPCC, I went for the five days four nights Outward Bound Singapore Camp in Pulau Ubin. I also feel honored to be one of the 30 cadets who went for the seven days and six nights NPCC Overseas Educational Trip to Hong Kong and Macau from 17 November 2009 to 23 November 2009.
