Attire : NPCC Full Uniform & stockings (female cadets) Our first time wearing full uniform with stockings for the female cadets. Still cold but 10% warm seh. I cut my fingernails the night before, really heartbroken (U). I brought the nails back to Singapore but mum threw it away. Enough of the heartbreaks.
We went to the Hong Kong Police Headquarters :) Speech by a female police officer,CI Kevin and CI Terence in the Media Briefing Room. Souvenir shop, didn't get anything because I bought some souvenirs from the PTU souvenir shop and I don't want to spend money on unnecessary stuffs. We also toured around but I'm not sure what they call those places la. Okay, pictures are more practical :)
If the criminal hide in on corner...
Lunch, and after lunch, 20 minutes shopping time. Instead of some proper shopping, Eileen, CI Jolene and me spent 15 minutes gossiping. Girls. Bought bubble tea, Hong Kong bubble tea seh.

Jia Min, Jacinth and Rebecca :)
Junior Police Call Clubhouse Tai Po District :) I think this is the clubhouse with 100 years of history.
100 years old tree
Outstanding JPC Garden
Queenie with her plant :)
The CDs act as scarecrows to discourage birds from disturbing their crops.
Meteor Garden II. I want to watch it on youtube again.
No fishes and nothing else but we stared at it for 5 minutes.
We can see Shenzhen from there
Interaction time
And dinner next! Changed into our normal attire after eating. Then took the open top bus, open top bus tour, around their city, streets and highways :) The wind, very shiok! When entering the tunnel, cannot even scream, haha.
Night view
With Rebecca :)
All staring at the tallest building in Hong Kong.
Syarif and Gideon Hahaha! Everytime I see the 2 pictures I want to laugh.
CI Kevin started doing this, zip up all the way. Then Gideon and Yang Zhi also did the same thing. Gideon's head too big! Okay, "big head, big brain" seh.
Looks like Shop N Save eh?
This church appeared in Moonlight Resonance before!
And after a 45 minutes ride (I think it's only 30 minutes),we reached Ladies Street :) We need to go in our groups again, our movement is kind of restricted. And guess what? I can bargain. It's not a woah thing but it's a woah thing to me. Because that's my first time bargaining with some aunties. HKD150 bracelet,I got it for HKD50. Actually there's nothing much at Ladies Street. I want factory outlet but they cancelled.
We lost Johnson,Nishanth,Darrell and Vladimir/Angus. Half of the group gone seh. They actually went back to the coach without telling us seh. Okay but it was funny when ___________ :) And I'm still feeling fucked up over that matter. /// Come on la,you're not even a man. You need balls because you have none. ///

About Me
Koh Ching Na
Why Freedomofdoves? Ever heard of the song - "Paint My Love" by Michael Learns To Rock? Listen to the chorus and you might find out the answer from there. I am not a huge fan of doves but I just find that this uniform resource locator of my blog sounds really comely and it gives me a halcyon feeling. This is where I blog about the story of my life...
Every individual is different. I am a very hyper active person with effervescent personality and I am very sociable :) During my leisure time, I visit the museums or go cycling at the beach. My preferences for genres of music are easy listening, blues, classical and pop. I also search for beautiful pictures for inspirations. I only watch Hong Kong Dramas and news.
Under my parents consent, I have an english name - Athena, as many people do not know how to pronounce my name. I live in this famous little red dot, Singapore. People often mistaken me as a foreigner but I am a pure Singaporean :) My mother is an Indonesian and my father is a Singaporean. Not considering the fact that we are near to the equator, Singapore, this developed country is a wonderful place to live in. Be it traditional songs or NDP theme songs, they are still my favorites.
I attended PAP Kindergarden from 1998 - 2000, Braddell Primary School in 2001, First Toa Payoh Primary School from 2002-2006 and currently studying in Beatty Secondary School. I am a Normal Academic student and holding on to six subjects which are English, Elementary Mathematics, Chinese, Combined Science, Combined Humanities and Design and Technology. This year, I will be taking seven Normal level papers and one Ordinary level English paper.
My greatest wish in life is to travel around the world with my family or friends and be a happy person. I think that is how life should be :) My level of maturity depends on who I am with.
I am from the National Police Cadet Corps and held the post of Assistant Head of Administration and Secondary Two Squad Mentor. In 2008, I was chosen to participate in the NPCC Annual Parade in Home Team Academy. In 2009, I took part in the National Day Parade as a member of the NPCC contingent. In my own unit, I was in the Guard Of Honor Contingent in 2009 and 2010. After the National Day Parade, under NPCC, I went for the five days four nights Outward Bound Singapore Camp in Pulau Ubin. I also feel honored to be one of the 30 cadets who went for the seven days and six nights NPCC Overseas Educational Trip to Hong Kong and Macau from 17 November 2009 to 23 November 2009.
