In the leaves on the trees and touch of a breeze,there's a pleasin' sense of happiness for me.
Lei Garden @ ChjimesFinally,a new dish (: Craving for it again! Alaska Snow Crab -  I always love to talk to my family members over lunch time on Sundays :D Especially at Chjimes. Ambience is good (:   
My dad is so adorable!
Mum : (Adds in much pepper to her bowl of soup)
Dad : Put so much pepper,we might as well go drink Bak Kut Teh!
May/Na/Wen : OMG
Dad : You can see if a person is possessed or not. By his eyes.
All of us : (Stared at him)
Dad : (Scary eyes expression)
Me : Dad,stop it lah! So scary. Haha.
Dad : There is only 2 reasons which lead to this eyes expression. One is people who take drugs,another one is got possessed.
Then we talked about Hungry Ghosts Festival (August)
And dad suddenly became so serious towards this topic.
Me : Shit! I got 2 camps during August in Pulau Ubin.
Dad & Mum : DON'T GO.
Raffles City > Suntec City > Starbucks > Home.

Maid failed to wake me up.
I struggled to get up from my bed.
Headed for the toilet and prepared.
Took cab down to Home Team Academy (HTA)
The cab driver took me around for a tour.
Cab fare : $14.40
Waited for Zi Hui in the ladies.
Sock Wei and Zi Hui then arrived.
Changed into full uniform > waited for Nicea they all > Report at Everest Room.
After that,fall in > boarded the coach > Pit building
Gwen was the commander because she's a staff sergeant too (:
2 staff seargeants!
Coach -
Sat with Zi Hui and Tony first.
Then with Nicea,Jia En,Gideon they all (:
Gideon : Source of entertainment. Find PSP,iPod Touch,etc. on him.
Jia En : Source of food. Find Mentos,Marshmallows,etc. on him.
That is why the journey to Marina is always entertaining :D
Played 'Tap tap' with Gideon and Nicea.
Pit building -
Pizza for lunch (vegeterian) and KFC for the normal one?
Nicea & co. sat at one end,Zi Hui & co. sat at the other end,
so I sat in the middle of both of them (:
They're awesome people! (:
After lunch,walked to the floating platform (:
March-in and march-past for 3 or 4 or 5 times?
At around 230pm,the sun was so hot and I was the first to fall out.
I was feeling giddy with empty stomach (I ate!) and cannot breathe properly.
Hanisah ma'am then took me to the Medical Aid post.
I cannot even open my eyes,probably 1/4 opened.
The nurse gave me a mask to wear.
Took my blood pressure.
Then to the doctor.
The doctor ah,hot.
(see,I'm not crazy over it,haha!)
Then suddenly,I became energetic (no lying)
Hanisah ma'am said I was faking my condition earlier on!
Suddenly,I see more of my contigentmates coming to the medical aid post.
Which adds up to a total number of 14 casualties.
Gave them some water and talked to them.
Told G,SW,XH about the doctor.
Gwen was like,"AHHHH!"
(: Though we sometimes will go crazy over some guys.
But we do not have any crush on them neither do we "like" them.
It is just admire. If that person is handsome,naturally you will go OMG.
I also think some ladies in NDP are beautiful too (:
After all of us got better,we went back to the pit building.
To join our contigent. I was so hyper along the way!
Gwen,Xin Wan,Xiao Hong and I was singing songs!
I can even have some dance moves! (:

When we reached the pit buiding and join our contigentmates,

Because my face was very itchy earlier on,

After that,we had a 2 hours break (:

Played 'Tap Tap' (Jason's iPod Touch) with Zhen Yu.
We played the Easy one because he is not familiar with it.
After the 2 hours break,
back to the Marina Floating Platform again.
Marched out for the actual one and there were so many audience up there!
Marched in > March Past > Pit building
No city march,whooooosh.
After that,we changed and then left the pit building (:
Tony took us for a Suntec tour. Haha.
Then finally,reached MRT station.
MRT with Gideon because same way.
Then he left for Bus 31 while I left for mine.
Home > Showered > Online > Sleep.

Why Freedomofdoves? Ever heard of the song - "Paint My Love" by Michael Learns To Rock? Listen to the chorus and you might find out the answer from there. I am not a huge fan of doves but I just find that this uniform resource locator of my blog sounds really comely and it gives me a halcyon feeling. This is where I blog about the story of my life...
Every individual is different. I am a very hyper active person with effervescent personality and I am very sociable :) During my leisure time, I visit the museums or go cycling at the beach. My preferences for genres of music are easy listening, blues, classical and pop. I also search for beautiful pictures for inspirations. I only watch Hong Kong Dramas and news.
Under my parents consent, I have an english name - Athena, as many people do not know how to pronounce my name. I live in this famous little red dot, Singapore. People often mistaken me as a foreigner but I am a pure Singaporean :) My mother is an Indonesian and my father is a Singaporean. Not considering the fact that we are near to the equator, Singapore, this developed country is a wonderful place to live in. Be it traditional songs or NDP theme songs, they are still my favorites.
I attended PAP Kindergarden from 1998 - 2000, Braddell Primary School in 2001, First Toa Payoh Primary School from 2002-2006 and currently studying in Beatty Secondary School. I am a Normal Academic student and holding on to six subjects which are English, Elementary Mathematics, Chinese, Combined Science, Combined Humanities and Design and Technology. This year, I will be taking seven Normal level papers and one Ordinary level English paper.
My greatest wish in life is to travel around the world with my family or friends and be a happy person. I think that is how life should be :) My level of maturity depends on who I am with.
I am from the National Police Cadet Corps and held the post of Assistant Head of Administration and Secondary Two Squad Mentor. In 2008, I was chosen to participate in the NPCC Annual Parade in Home Team Academy. In 2009, I took part in the National Day Parade as a member of the NPCC contingent. In my own unit, I was in the Guard Of Honor Contingent in 2009 and 2010. After the National Day Parade, under NPCC, I went for the five days four nights Outward Bound Singapore Camp in Pulau Ubin. I also feel honored to be one of the 30 cadets who went for the seven days and six nights NPCC Overseas Educational Trip to Hong Kong and Macau from 17 November 2009 to 23 November 2009.
