Police Knowledge/Homefront Security (Courses)
Oooh,I received many messages in MSN lately, "Hey! Why your blog is all about NPCC? Can change a little bit or not?"But NPCC events/activities took up 1/2 of my holidays so naturally,posts will be on NPCC. That does not mean that I have no life :) ______ "Wah! Why our squad got so many "internal affairs" now?" - KaleBecause apparently,each of us got our "partners". But the hottest topic is "Xinxia & Kah Wee"!  *screaaaaams!~*
_____ Police Knowledge CourseThought I can sleep more that day but woke up @ 6.18am, Showered > Mum helped to dress my wounds > Cab > SchoolYi Lin was sitting beside me,count myself unlucky haha. Inspired by Ms.Fauziah :"Your physical development doesn't align with your mental development"
Reached Home Team Academy (HTA).  Marched to the Multi-Purporse Hall for the course.
Saw many familiar faces there :)
Showed us some Police Videos.
I felt like I am in drama club instead of uniformed group :/
Lunch was not that bad.
Marched to the Range Complex for .22 revolver shooting competition :)
My points damn siasuay one so do not come and ask me.
Marcus got the highest - 96! (But he did not get marksmanship during the marksman)
"Life is contradicting"
Marched back to the stuffy Multi-Purpose Hall & continued with the boring lecture. Stucked in the course for long. Toilet break is a must. 
Left HTA @ around 4.50pm :)

Took cab down to school with a junior today because we are both heading to school :)
Reached school > Changed into full uniform > NPCC room > Coach
Studied a little for Police Knowledge Test in the coach.
I know all the answers!
Answer : Use common sense to answer the questions :)

And the guys was playing CONNECT?
But we still noted down everything and paid attention to the instructor.
Police Knowledge test > Lunch > Homefront Security Lecture
Yesterday's lunch was nicer :)
Homefront Security is even more boring than Police Knowledge :/
All the boys in our squad (except Marcus),fell asleep...
Homefront Security Test was a lenient one :)
Clues everywhere/Discussed.
4.30pm,everyone was prepared to leave HTA.
Fall in at the back of the hall and our saviour (Ms.Tan) arrived and took us away!
March to carpark > Coach > School
I love my hair for the day!
Not too straight,not too curly. Not too long,not too short.

Why Freedomofdoves? Ever heard of the song - "Paint My Love" by Michael Learns To Rock? Listen to the chorus and you might find out the answer from there. I am not a huge fan of doves but I just find that this uniform resource locator of my blog sounds really comely and it gives me a halcyon feeling. This is where I blog about the story of my life...
Every individual is different. I am a very hyper active person with effervescent personality and I am very sociable :) During my leisure time, I visit the museums or go cycling at the beach. My preferences for genres of music are easy listening, blues, classical and pop. I also search for beautiful pictures for inspirations. I only watch Hong Kong Dramas and news.
Under my parents consent, I have an english name - Athena, as many people do not know how to pronounce my name. I live in this famous little red dot, Singapore. People often mistaken me as a foreigner but I am a pure Singaporean :) My mother is an Indonesian and my father is a Singaporean. Not considering the fact that we are near to the equator, Singapore, this developed country is a wonderful place to live in. Be it traditional songs or NDP theme songs, they are still my favorites.
I attended PAP Kindergarden from 1998 - 2000, Braddell Primary School in 2001, First Toa Payoh Primary School from 2002-2006 and currently studying in Beatty Secondary School. I am a Normal Academic student and holding on to six subjects which are English, Elementary Mathematics, Chinese, Combined Science, Combined Humanities and Design and Technology. This year, I will be taking seven Normal level papers and one Ordinary level English paper.
My greatest wish in life is to travel around the world with my family or friends and be a happy person. I think that is how life should be :) My level of maturity depends on who I am with.
I am from the National Police Cadet Corps and held the post of Assistant Head of Administration and Secondary Two Squad Mentor. In 2008, I was chosen to participate in the NPCC Annual Parade in Home Team Academy. In 2009, I took part in the National Day Parade as a member of the NPCC contingent. In my own unit, I was in the Guard Of Honor Contingent in 2009 and 2010. After the National Day Parade, under NPCC, I went for the five days four nights Outward Bound Singapore Camp in Pulau Ubin. I also feel honored to be one of the 30 cadets who went for the seven days and six nights NPCC Overseas Educational Trip to Hong Kong and Macau from 17 November 2009 to 23 November 2009.
