NDP training :)
NDP trainingI talked alot in this training. From Jacinth's ( link) blog,
& the yamseng after watching GG do it just brings out
the whole work play train rest we are the best momentum.
Though I get so tired out at the end of each training,all the sweat and change of colour, I still think it's worth it.
Jacinth's from Anglican High. I always mix Jacinth & Sock Wei (Assumption English),haha Something which I have not done for long : Tell myself to be happy no matter what :)Showered (6.30am) > Watched tv (7am) > Left home (8am) 
It is nice to see almost everyone sleeping in the MRT early in the morning. Makes me feels like sleeping too :)
Reached Choa Chu Kang.
 Bought newspaper
Took bus 975 down to HTA
9.01 am : Waited for Zi Hui outside while reading my newspaper.
9.30 am : Zi Hui finally reached.
10am : Changed already and put our stuffs back into the locker. (FOUND A $1 COIN)
"You're the bandage girl ah?" - Jane
"Ching Na!" - Me
"You take out your bandage already I cannot regconise you sia! I realised when Jeslyn told me it's you!" - Jane
"Haha regconise me through knee one ah!" - Me
"That's the only thing I can remember. Haha,next time wear bandage la so I can regconise" - Jane
"Wah,all curse me to fall again ah! Haha" - Me

I like conversations with her,never fails to make my stomach cramp.
10.10am : Reported.
My hairnet has a big hole :/
"Ching Na! Your hairnet got a hole leh" - Jeslyn
"Pretty eh?" - Me
"Now no need to regconise her through her bandaged knees,just remember her hairnet!" - Jane
Hahaha,they really can think of anything!
Boarded the coach.
I want bus 3 (shuttle bus)!
Neh mind,bus 2 got Zi Hui with me :)
We were the only 2 cadets who talked non-stop in the coach! Hahaha.
Talked all the way to Nee Soon Camp.
Nee Soon Camp (Multi Purpose Hall)
I was so happy that I told almost everyone whom I know,that I had taken out my bandage! :)
because my knees will not feel so warm anymore under the hot sun.
"Sir,I had taken out my bandage already!" - Me
"But she still got plasters on" - Zi Hui
"Ya la,later drop out then need me to help you take extra plasters" - Steven Sir
"No need la,I got bring extra plasters (took out my extra plasters from my pocket)" - Me
KFC for lunch again.
Worse than the 1st time :/
Amirul (Pasir Ris Crest Sec) was sitting beside me and I thought he very quiet one.
Haha,didn't know he so friendly!
"My beret ok not?" - Amirul
"Ok,can. My crest ok not?" - Me
"Can can..." - Amirul
"Sure ah? Sure not? Are you very sure? Really very sure ah?" - Me
Haha,in the end we have to take out again.
Then ah...
Nabeh,I saw someone I dislike. Alot. In NPCC.
Thank god Zi Hui's presence makes me smile :)
But in the end,I managed to clear the hatred for her in me.
At least. At least ah.. she is better than "Ms.WahSoBig"

After lunch,down to the parade square for marching :)
I like the song they broadcasted when we marched in!

At first,all of us cannot glance at our marking so the person behind us will tell us to the left,right,front,back.
Amirul's instructions was very clear :)
2km city march :)
Shiok ever.
But one thing -.-
Every 10 minutes,my right hand will numb. Only for this training.
Many people ask me to fall out but I refused. Because if falling out and doing nothing,will be very bored. And have 1/2 more round to complete the whole march.
Miao Xin (Hai Sing Catholic) & I keep mumbling "Endure endure endure"
When finally finished,we were so glad.
Back to the hall,Zaki (Dunearn Sec) was complaining,
"Wah if I know ah,I die die also don't want to fall out. Stay here in the hall is so boring..." - Zaki
"Lucky I die die also don't want to fall out" - Me
Then back to HTA in the coach,one guy from Orchid Park Secondary School & Xin Min Secondary School sat at the back with me & Zi Hui.
I think is CI ask him to sit at the back.
"You from Outram Park Secondary School (OPSS) ah?" - Zi Hui
"Orchid park la! Outram Park... -.-" - OPSS boy
The way their conversation goes is very funny la,haha.
Then they said I am a tomboy,because my voice very deep when I shouted.
Truth to be told,I am once a tomboy and even asked my mum why I am not born as a boy?
Haha.
Then they were like :O!
When going down the coach,told FI Joseph about my no more bandages.
"No more bandage but you place a jesus cross there" - Joseph Sir
Because I placed the plaster in a "+" shape.
Zi Hui keep laughing till we reached the shelter.
Then suddenly FI Kelvin asked about the interview for ... ?
Someone was like "Guo Li & Ching Na"
"Chin Na?" - Kelvin Sir
"Ching Na la!" - Me
Haha,my name got so difficult to pronounce meh?
Unique name.
Haha then I don't know how to elaborate from there already.
Keluar Baris > Changed > Home
In the bus,got to know new friends like Yong Yi,Khairul...
Yong Yi's my mama & Khairul's my papa :)
There is this guy from Bedok South veh funny.
"Eh wait for me! I very scared. Got alot of banglahs" - Him to another person
Mama got down at Yew Tee and papa took the Via Jurong East line.
Mama got sunburnt,daughter also got sunburnt
Mama is a pig,daughter also a pig
Hahaha.
Reached home at 7.30pm > Showered > Bought favourite seaweed/youghurt > Cab down to Katong with Mum & Ching Wen 
Had Chicken Chop which kak wewe cooked :)
  Auntie Jean said I had slim down.
But I am still fat. Jerome will say.
Then. Home.

I knocked out immediately when my head touched the pillow :)

About Me
Koh Ching Na
Why Freedomofdoves? Ever heard of the song - "Paint My Love" by Michael Learns To Rock? Listen to the chorus and you might find out the answer from there. I am not a huge fan of doves but I just find that this uniform resource locator of my blog sounds really comely and it gives me a halcyon feeling. This is where I blog about the story of my life...
Every individual is different. I am a very hyper active person with effervescent personality and I am very sociable :) During my leisure time, I visit the museums or go cycling at the beach. My preferences for genres of music are easy listening, blues, classical and pop. I also search for beautiful pictures for inspirations. I only watch Hong Kong Dramas and news.
Under my parents consent, I have an english name - Athena, as many people do not know how to pronounce my name. I live in this famous little red dot, Singapore. People often mistaken me as a foreigner but I am a pure Singaporean :) My mother is an Indonesian and my father is a Singaporean. Not considering the fact that we are near to the equator, Singapore, this developed country is a wonderful place to live in. Be it traditional songs or NDP theme songs, they are still my favorites.
I attended PAP Kindergarden from 1998 - 2000, Braddell Primary School in 2001, First Toa Payoh Primary School from 2002-2006 and currently studying in Beatty Secondary School. I am a Normal Academic student and holding on to six subjects which are English, Elementary Mathematics, Chinese, Combined Science, Combined Humanities and Design and Technology. This year, I will be taking seven Normal level papers and one Ordinary level English paper.
My greatest wish in life is to travel around the world with my family or friends and be a happy person. I think that is how life should be :) My level of maturity depends on who I am with.
I am from the National Police Cadet Corps and held the post of Assistant Head of Administration and Secondary Two Squad Mentor. In 2008, I was chosen to participate in the NPCC Annual Parade in Home Team Academy. In 2009, I took part in the National Day Parade as a member of the NPCC contingent. In my own unit, I was in the Guard Of Honor Contingent in 2009 and 2010. After the National Day Parade, under NPCC, I went for the five days four nights Outward Bound Singapore Camp in Pulau Ubin. I also feel honored to be one of the 30 cadets who went for the seven days and six nights NPCC Overseas Educational Trip to Hong Kong and Macau from 17 November 2009 to 23 November 2009.
