Project Vibrant Colours made my life better :D

Project Vibrant Colours II
(Day 2)

We worked with Mayflower Secondary School,Saint.Andrews Junior College :)

Daryl & Deborah both from Saint.Andrews Junior College.
Our "korkor" & "jiejie"

All their activites are awesome! :D
It makes everyone bond together and got the team spirit there.
Maybe we should suggest to have all this activities during camp :)

There's this one which we have 3 choices to make,

• Fall with blindfolding
• Fall without blindfolding
• Not to go

Each of us have a buddy to lead you to the highest point of the chair and from there,you will have to fold your arms in a way and just fall back with other mates supporting your body.
Each faller will have 30 seconds to think of who is in their mind when you need help.
For me,

• Family (Especially Mummy & Daddy)
• Friends
• Beatty NPCC unit. (Especially my squadmates)

If I am not wrong,the moral of this game is to let you know that
1. Though you had fallen,but there is always someone there who will support you and how you feel about it.
2. Have confidence & trust in your friends who will be supporting you.

We managed to catch every faller in our group :)

I can still remember all of them :) Lovely people.
But I can only remember some names - Sheng Jie,Michelle,Bryan Koh,Syuhrah,Jonavan.

They're the one whom I had mentioned in the previous post.
NPCC cadets from CHIJ St.Joseph Convent.

I got to know another batch of NPCC cadets from Hougang Secondary School!
But most of them are 1 year junior than me.

Another activity was,we will have to go through the "spider web" without touching the "webs" and tables & crawling or we will have to go out of the hall and restart everything again.
Duration for this game : 1h 15 mins.

After 1h 15 mins,our group only managed to get 1 over all the webs.
So they gave all the groups a few more minutes to complete.
The guys jumped in first so they can carry the girls over to the other side.

@ the beginning of the game,
I keep pointing at them with eye power!

Misc. I had learnt alot through this workshop/training :)

Went home,showered and tuition.

How I memorise Mathematics Formula :
I sub in all the NPCC stuffs into the formula and remember it!
It really works :D
So Mr.See will have to find ways to sub in all the NPCC stuffs into the Mathematics Formulae so I can remember it.

Maybe I should blog about it someday,it will be interesting :)

Despite a 3 minute walk to school,I still hailed for a cab.

I brightened the uncle's day up :)

I went up to the hall.
Ron : Are you late?
Ching Na : Am I late?
Ron : Just go to the left and sit down there.

I turned to the left,I saw Pine Soe.

Ching Na : We're late!
Pine Soe : No,you're not! Just go in,quick ~

So Bo Hui and I went in.
Ain,Aini and Jackey came even later than us.
Thank god I did not listen to Ron or I will be facing Mr.Singh in the detention room just now :/

English lesson!

Lauren : We did not gossip today!
Mr.Tang : That's a good start :)

What is that supposed to mean? Haha.

HI. I LOVE CHEMISTRY.

Recess stuck with Geography homework + Salleh keep stealing my snacks like nobody's business. Wtf.

Elementary Mathematics lesson.

@ IT resource room for Ace-Learning.
Got a few answers from the Amaths students and I found out a new way of solving Quadratic Equations! :D
Mr.Goh caught me using my mobile phone.

Mr.Goh : Ching Na,stop it.
Ching Na : -.-
Mr.Goh : If you are using phone infront of me,what message are you sending to me?
Samuel Loh : Means wanting you to confiscate the phone.
Mr.Goh : Exactly. So can you all promise me not to use phone infront of me?
Almost everyone : Yes.
Mr.Goh : Ching Na,can you?
Ching Na : Ah,can :)

Geography with Mrs.Tanny Ho.
For every lesson with her,I hope she will not pick me out to do questions that got to do with Gradient or Conversion of units.
I sucked @ both this.

Chinese lesson was absurb.
I was supposed to collect everyone's Chinese Composition when I don't even do mine.
And I've got score of 61 for CA1.

Calvin "Daddy"!

Sabrina and I was talking about "he looks like dragon." haha.

After school,went home with many juniors.
Hugged 2 juniors (Li Zhen & her friend) and sheltered them with umbrella.

Lizhen made this during her Home Economic lesson and gave one to me.
I had Shao Cai's one as well :)
I just went for Japanese Cuisine with Mummy,4th Aunt & Jia Ying :)
I am full now and ready for tuition.

Elementary Mathematics Test tomorrow,wish me luck ;)

Koh Ching Na

Why Freedomofdoves? Ever heard of the song - "Paint My Love" by Michael Learns To Rock? Listen to the chorus and you might find out the answer from there. I am not a huge fan of doves but I just find that this uniform resource locator of my blog sounds really comely and it gives me a halcyon feeling. This is where I blog about the story of my life...



Every individual is different. I am a very hyper active person with effervescent personality and I am very sociable :) During my leisure time, I visit the museums or go cycling at the beach. My preferences for genres of music are easy listening, blues, classical and pop. I also search for beautiful pictures for inspirations. I only watch Hong Kong Dramas and news.

Under my parents consent, I have an english name - Athena, as many people do not know how to pronounce my name. I live in this famous little red dot, Singapore. People often mistaken me as a foreigner but I am a pure Singaporean :) My mother is an Indonesian and my father is a Singaporean. Not considering the fact that we are near to the equator, Singapore, this developed country is a wonderful place to live in. Be it traditional songs or NDP theme songs, they are still my favorites.

I attended PAP Kindergarden from 1998 - 2000, Braddell Primary School in 2001, First Toa Payoh Primary School from 2002-2006 and currently studying in Beatty Secondary School. I am a Normal Academic student and holding on to six subjects which are English, Elementary Mathematics, Chinese, Combined Science, Combined Humanities and Design and Technology. This year, I will be taking seven Normal level papers and one Ordinary level English paper.

My greatest wish in life is to travel around the world with my family or friends and be a happy person. I think that is how life should be :) My level of maturity depends on who I am with.

I am from the National Police Cadet Corps and held the post of Assistant Head of Administration and Secondary Two Squad Mentor. In 2008, I was chosen to participate in the NPCC Annual Parade in Home Team Academy. In 2009, I took part in the National Day Parade as a member of the NPCC contingent. In my own unit, I was in the Guard Of Honor Contingent in 2009 and 2010. After the National Day Parade, under NPCC, I went for the five days four nights Outward Bound Singapore Camp in Pulau Ubin. I also feel honored to be one of the 30 cadets who went for the seven days and six nights NPCC Overseas Educational Trip to Hong Kong and Macau from 17 November 2009 to 23 November 2009.
