Sports Heat II :)
I searched everywhere,every wardrobe,every room in this house but I still can't find my half-cardigan. It is not those ah-lian cardigans you get from Bugis, but a half-cardigan with beautiful classy buttons! It looks something like this - (The top half-cardigan I am wearing in this picture) Picture taken in Year 2008 & main focus is on the half-cardigan.  Shall start off with what had happened @ the Toa Payoh Stadium today (Sports Heat II). The fine & great weather greeted us when we first arrived. Scorching sun but we felt good :)  Still sticking to the same duty as the timekeeper,we were each given roles to catch by position(s) & not lane(s). Timer for - Number 1 position : Ching Na Number 2 position : Jia Shen Number 3 position : Khin Wai Number 4 position : Zuo Yi Number 5 position : Zhong Han Number 6 position : Eleana Number 7 position : Atiqah Number 8 position : Shi Yun  So Jia Sheng and I sat @ the top and it's super relaxing sitting at the top. We laid back & he gave a good suggestion : "On Sports Day itself,we should bring our own cushion here! :D"Nicole!  Ruthra!  Then I heard someone shouting out my name so I turned back & saw... Fali & Ka Chai!  Eleana! Jerome! Tried to cover his face but.... ah well... He is a smart boy. Jerome : Ching Na,I know how to determine who's the winner. Just take video! I did like what he had mentioned and it really did help. Misc. ~ And this was what I ate during recess today, Nasi Lemak + Onion Rings! + Seaweed Chicken + Wedge + Chocolate Milk -  Total Defence Reflection outside the General Office. Told Ms.Mala to take a better picture already!  This was what I had done during Design & Technology lesson :D Actually wanted to write 'NPCC' only but Siyi said "Don't write about NPCC hor!" So I wrote 'Koh Ching Na' first to distract her attention :P
Si Hui's turn - If it is not clear,it says "Si Hui + Siyi = Betrayed NPCC :(".  Because during Secondary 1 times,Si Yi,Si Hui,Xin Hong & I are best friends and always hang out together so we joined NPCC together. - Si Hui & Siyi quitted @ the end of the year.
- Xin Hong transferred to Broadrick Secondary School & join Girl Guides there.
So I am the only survivor among the 4 of us.  But thankfully,I did not quit or else... Finally,there is something in my life I had done and I didn't/won't regret : Joining NPCC as my CCA :) Physics lesson...
Ching Na : Ms.Choong,yesterday I mentioned that I hate Physics. I will take my words back now :)
It is getting more interesting!
I just hate the Micrometer Screw Gauge,Vernier Calipers,etc. :/
Sang some song(s) with Yao Yuan as he's sitting beside me for Physics lesson. (Yao Yuan is my mentor) because he will be teaching me guitar + music!
Chinese lesson was great! Mdm.Ho let us continue with the show again -
 And Calvin was so funny! He keeps on telling us jokes which makes my stomach laugh,srsly! Ask me what the joke is all about because I think it won't sound funny if I type it here :) Ah,okay back to Stadium (Sports Heat II). The weather wasn't a disappoinment today but it began to disappoint me after the 2nd last race. Skies suddenly turned dark & the weather became threatening with threatening thunders. We proceeded back to the shelter and filled up names with other helpers :)   Saw Justin Sir & he lent me his umbrella. Justin : But my umbrella abit "auntie" leh. Ching Na : Never mind la :) Seeeeeeeee,NPCC cadets are all very nice one hor! Though I still got a little drenched when I went home, but at least,I did not get fully drenched.  It's Thursday tomorrow! Can polish my shoes already. Oh,I just bought another new kiwi (black) + kiwi (neutral) because both the old one died on me :( The old ones had only arrived for 1 month and the owner of it (me) doesn't take care of them.  I thought it was only $1+ but turns out to be $(...) I forgot. When Thursday is over,it will be Friday! The reason why I always feel motivated & look motivated on Friday is because.... YA,NPCC TRAINING/PARADE LOR! :D ________________________________________________________ Is this post long enough? Hahaha. Tag replies :

Actually it does not matter how much I've got because this is probably my 2nd time passing my Chinese test as I am not good in Chinese :D

Why Freedomofdoves? Ever heard of the song - "Paint My Love" by Michael Learns To Rock? Listen to the chorus and you might find out the answer from there. I am not a huge fan of doves but I just find that this uniform resource locator of my blog sounds really comely and it gives me a halcyon feeling. This is where I blog about the story of my life...
Every individual is different. I am a very hyper active person with effervescent personality and I am very sociable :) During my leisure time, I visit the museums or go cycling at the beach. My preferences for genres of music are easy listening, blues, classical and pop. I also search for beautiful pictures for inspirations. I only watch Hong Kong Dramas and news.
Under my parents consent, I have an english name - Athena, as many people do not know how to pronounce my name. I live in this famous little red dot, Singapore. People often mistaken me as a foreigner but I am a pure Singaporean :) My mother is an Indonesian and my father is a Singaporean. Not considering the fact that we are near to the equator, Singapore, this developed country is a wonderful place to live in. Be it traditional songs or NDP theme songs, they are still my favorites.
I attended PAP Kindergarden from 1998 - 2000, Braddell Primary School in 2001, First Toa Payoh Primary School from 2002-2006 and currently studying in Beatty Secondary School. I am a Normal Academic student and holding on to six subjects which are English, Elementary Mathematics, Chinese, Combined Science, Combined Humanities and Design and Technology. This year, I will be taking seven Normal level papers and one Ordinary level English paper.
My greatest wish in life is to travel around the world with my family or friends and be a happy person. I think that is how life should be :) My level of maturity depends on who I am with.
I am from the National Police Cadet Corps and held the post of Assistant Head of Administration and Secondary Two Squad Mentor. In 2008, I was chosen to participate in the NPCC Annual Parade in Home Team Academy. In 2009, I took part in the National Day Parade as a member of the NPCC contingent. In my own unit, I was in the Guard Of Honor Contingent in 2009 and 2010. After the National Day Parade, under NPCC, I went for the five days four nights Outward Bound Singapore Camp in Pulau Ubin. I also feel honored to be one of the 30 cadets who went for the seven days and six nights NPCC Overseas Educational Trip to Hong Kong and Macau from 17 November 2009 to 23 November 2009.
